I can’t remember the dates of my holiday, can I still claim?

In order to make a claim you must have the dates of your holiday including when and how long you experienced symptoms for.

Is there any requirements of who I booked my holiday with?

Yes, the tour operator must have been UK based and provided you with a package holiday.

What’s involved in my claim?
